Mission Statement
Dedicated to accessible, affordable and fun mountain recreation and education for the Treasure Valley community.
Bogus Basin Recreational Association, Inc. is a 501 (c)(3) charitable organization, created by the Boise community 65 years ago, and operating under an all-volunteer Board of Directors and Association. A professional staff manages all day-to-day operations.

LOCATION:
16.5 miles north of Boise, ID on Bogus Basin Road
ALPINE HOURS (closed)
(Regular winter operating hours):
- Mondays-Fridays 10:00am – 10:00pm
- Weekends/Holidays 9:00am - 10:00pm
NORDIC HOURS
(regular season with night operation): Closed for the season!
- Saturdays and Sundays 9:00am - 6:00pm
- Monday & Friday 10:00am - 6:00pm
- Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 10:00am - 8:30pm
- Holidays: open 9am and close at regular times

DAY LODGES
Bogus Basin's lodges are not open to the general public during the summer, and are available for private group events with reservations through our Catering Dept.
J.R. SIMPLOT LODGE
Hours: 9am-close weekdays, 8am-close weekends and holidays.
Located at the base area , offering cafeteria style menus, beer & wine.
Pizza-by-the-slice located at Chicago Connection Pizza on the mezzanine level.
PIONEER LODGE
Mid-Mountain featuring the famous Firewater Saloon, Bogus Bob's Grill and spectacular views of the slopes. Also featuring the Mid-Mountain Conference Meeting Center. Monday-Thursday (bar only w/limited menu) 4:30pm-10pm; Restaurant and Bar open Fridays 10:30am-10pm; Saturdays, Sundays and holidays: 7:30am-10pm.
FRONTIER POINT NORDIC LODGE
Located at the Nordic Trailhead, with views of the Boise Valley and seating near a gas fireplace. No cafeteria or bar. Snacks and beverages available or feel free to bring your own lunch. See Nordic Hours, above, for lodge hours.
RENTAL, REPAIR AND RETAIL SHOPS
Closed for the season!
Black Diamond Sports, on the mountain next to J.R. Simplot Lodge or at the main ticket office located at the bottom of the mountain: 332-5375
Recreational and High Performance skis, snowboards, boots, poles, helmets, snowblades available for rent and lease.

Fridays: 12pm-8pm (2-hour tubing sessions start at 12pm, 2pm, 4pm and 6pm)
Saturdays 10am-8pm (2-hour sessions start at 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, and 6pm)
Sundays 10am-6pm (2-hour sessions start at 10am, 12pm, 2pm,4pm and 6pm)
$9/person for 2 hours.
Ticket includes taxes/fees, tube rental.
Due to the limited number of tubes allowed on the tube hill for each 2-hour session, advanced ticket purchase strongly recommended. Reservations taken on-line here.
